Booking and Cancellation Policy


Concordespins in order to determine the appropriate terms and conditions for customers and guests when making reservations and canceling services. Through this Policy, customers and guests will be guided through the scope of services and their responsibilities as consumers.


Scope


Scope This Policy applies to all guests and customers who have entered into any business arrangements with any business. These business arrangements include and are limited to booking a hotel room.


Policies

  • BOOKING

The hotel only accepts reservations by phone, email or online.

  • RESERVATION

Reservations apply to hotel rooms only. Customers may make reservations by phone, e-mail or online. Reservations may be made up to three (3) months in advance of the proposed date and forty-eight (48) hours in advance of the desired time.

  • PAYMENT METHOD

One hundred percent (100%) of the total invoice amount must be paid to the hotel at the time of booking and reservation by cash or bank transfer.

  • NO-SHOW

NO-SHOW If the customer does not check-in, the hotel will automatically cancel the reservation. In addition, the hotel will withhold the initial payment and any other payments made by the customer.

  • HEALTH PROTOCOLS

HEALTH PROTOCOLS Due to the current health crisis, clients and guests must follow appropriate health regulations on the property. Employees, guests and customers must wear protective masks and face shields. Social distance must also be maintained.
